Associate Director

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the Pecos River and a career in non-profit management. This role comes with professional advancement potential and creative opportunities.

FPR is prepared to invest in our future by nurturing talent and providing a supportive environment for learning the role of a nonprofit executive director.

Reporting to and working alongside the Executive Director and our board of directors, the Associate Director will participate in all programmatic, administrative and strategic activities related to the FPR mission. She or he will develop a deep knowledge and understanding of the Pecos River and FPR’s purpose, mission and goals.

This position can be crafted to be full-time or part-time, depending on the level of experience and needs of the applicant.
